Pay Rate: £27ph £3.25ph WTR Total: £30.25ph PAYE
Hours 37.5 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri

Main purpose of the job
To lead and manage all catering services at the Trust . The post holder will be part of the senior facilities management team and will be expected to be involved in managing catering functions across the entire Trust site. The successful candidate will ensure, through sound fiscal management, that services are delivered within tight budgetary control for both internal and external contracts and the requirements of the Trust in line with Government initiatives, Trust objectives and financial efficiency targets.
They will be responsible for the development of Patient and Retail Catering operations and for ensuring that the Trusts environment is safe for patients and staff. They will provide expert advice on a range of Catering issues, develop and maintain close working relationships with the operational clinical teams and deliver a compliant and value for money service for all areas within the Catering Department remit.
