Morgan Hunt are currently seeking a Stores/Admin person to work for one of our clients based in Fort William. Our client is a well established business who offer Hybrid working and condensed hours. This is an ongoing role which could be long term for the right person.
This will be a varied role that may sometimes require you to carry out various tasks i.e stores, reception and admin tasks.
Your role will involve using Microsoft Word for correspondence of documents, reports, policies and procedures relating to our business. Ensuring accuracy of work and completion within agreed timescales. Maintain database for stores and admin related databases for Approved Contractors, assisting with authorisation to work processes and system management, reviewing periodically, and updating as required.
You will be given full training for the role and will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure Scotland for the role.
