We have a current opportunity for a Investment Project Manager on a permanent basis. The position can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The organisation offers hybrid working where you will be based in the office 2 days per week with the rest being at home or on site. Travel throughout Scotland is required and a car allowance and mileage will be payable.
You will be expected to deliver and manage from inception to completion all capital investment projects for the organisation.
Main duties of the role will include:
* Undertaking surveys and the preparation of information relating to capital maintenance project
* The preparation of budget information relating to the projects allocated.
* Managing all capital maintenance projects allocated from the annual budget including roof coverings and kitchens & bathrooms
* Assisting with the sustainability policy and delivering agreed improvements.
Essential requirements for the role are:
* Relevant professional qualification in construction, surveying, maintenance, and/ or project management
