As a Project Manager you will oversee all aspects of the building process working closely with the Design team, Engineers, and Architects to develop a plan and establish a timetable to determine labour and material costs for your project.

Key Responsibilities
You will have a strong building background with experience of high rise and high-density flatted developments. It is essential you have good programming and subcontractor management skills.
Your job will require you to have a good knowledge of D&B projects and procedures. You will be expected to prepare monthly progress reports, have a high expectation on quality and can communicate with the key stakeholders very well through written or verbal communication.
Skills & Experience
You will come from a trades background or hold a degree in construction management or the equivalent and be able to evidence your ability to manage a multi-trade construction team and deliver projects on time, budget and safely. You will have a 5-day CITB SMSTS, 3-day First Aid Certificate and a Management CSCS card.
