Open 365 days a year and operations from 9AM to 11PM, the Access Line provides support for those struggling with their mental health or experiencing a crisis. Helping to navigate individuals to the correct services, the service ensures effective emotional support. As Service Manager, you will manage a small team, ensuring staff are support and developed through job coaching, supervision and identifying development needs.
Ensuring the team provide the right support at the right time by navigating the person to the correct service and completing onward referrals, this role is an incredible opportunity to inform the future direction and development of the Access Line.
Working closely with the team, you will provide both support and supervision to your team via team meetings, group and individual sessions.

We are currently seeking locum Project Workers to work on an ad hoc basis across Lambeth, within a variety of homeless hostels.
As a Project Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals who are experiencing homelessness. Your duties will include conducting assessments, carrying out support plans, delivering one-to-one sessions, and completing tasks on handover notes and making sure these are up to date. Assisting with clients care plans alongside key workers and other members of staff and shadowing them to their appointments. May involve some light cleaning duties to ensure the hostel is meeting health and safety standards.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, manage their workload effectively and ensuring their always being proactive. You should be a compassionate and empathetic individual who is able to build positive relationships with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies, previous experience working with dual diagnose and substance abuse is vital. Basic IT skills to complete handover notes. Just to note some clients may have pets, mostly dogs but have all had a risk assessment.

You will connect women with more specialist support services as required. The role involves conducting risk assessments, creating safety plans, and identifying support needs such as accessing benefits, budgeting, and exploring resettlement pathways from the refuge. You will also promote social inclusion, encourage independence, and foster the development of personal resilience. Building a support network for women and promoting engagement with other services is a key aspect of this role.
About You
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in providing specialist support services to women and families with multiple needs. You should have casework experience in offering proactive and emotional support to women who have experienced domestic abuse, aiding them in their recovery and rebuilding their lives. Experience in multi-agency working and maintaining a professional manner is also essential.

Working within the Sanctuary crisis intervention and prevention service, Mind in Enfield Barnet act as a short-term A&E and Emergency service, providing support to individuals experiencing a crisis or similar situation in the Enfield borough aged 18 .
You will provide leadership and support to the team on shift. Working alongside the Manager and team, you will help ensure the the service is operating at a high quality standard. You will provide support in times of emotional distress and will provide a calm and supportive presence to those struggling.
This position would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years experience of working with people with mild, moderate and severe mental health issues. You should ideally have a some managerial experience.
The Sanctuary Service runs Monday - Friday, 5pm-10pm and at weekdays, 12-5pm. We would require the successful applicant to be able to work 21 hours per week covering these times.
