Drop-in Hub Caseworker

Offering people experiencing homelessness, support, to find a solution and get them off the streets through assessment, key working and linking in with the appropriate services. Not only this but the hub offers a shower, hot food, use the phone, computer or WIFI, do your laundry or check your post. The core client group is people experiencing homelessness, some of which have no recourse to public funds, the team also provides 1-1 casework for people in a variety of situations. Currently they are supporting 40-50 service users a day! They also have a separate women\'s sanctuary area in the facility. They are also looking to deliver workshops around people getting ID, Bank account, teach basic IT skills and document gathering.

The successful candidate will:

• Carrying out and updating needs and risks Assessments
