Recovery Navigator
As a Recovery Navigator in the Dependency and Recovery Services, you will be working within a hybrid model as part of a flexible, multi-disciplinary team, working across a cluster of community delivery sites.
Recovery Navigators will be multi-skilled to provide a range of support/interventions across all complexity levels and be able to work across North London, providing flexibility and resilience against changing demand.
Some degree of flexibility may be required if out of office work is required, but this is a predominately Mon -Fri 09:00-17:00 role.
Responsibilities:
You will carry a diverse caseload of adult male prison leavers and those on community orders within the Probation services, supporting to implement their action plan and navigate their recovery journey, building trust, and providing support/continuity and signposting.
You will be responsible for completing comprehensive assessments, creating a collaborative action plan, delivering structured one to one, group work/virtual sessions, whilst maintaining accurate record keeping throughout.
You will also deliver services which enhance access to treatment as well as providing additional support and guidance meeting the needs of those people on probation whose substance use disorders often co-occur alongside other mental illnesses and other complex needs.

The client is looking for someone on a part time basis, while they are searching for a permanent option. The client has also expressed that they are open to take someone on a temp to perm basis as well. The client has listed the hours for the role at 18.5 hours and the days that they need someone to take on are for Mondays, Tuesdays and, Wednesdays. Ideally, the client is looking for someone that has experience delivering hairdressing between levels 1 - 3.
