MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To analyse assessment results and develop therapy programs/plans, with SMART targets. To deliver speech and language therapy to individual learners on your caseload. To plan, prepare and deliver group therapy sessions. To work collaboratively with the teachers and support staff to deliver classroombased interventions. To accurately evaluate therapy targets. To create resources and programs which can be used by all colleagues in the department. Write full and detailed reports for annual reviews on the pupils you work with. To maintain up to date and accurate case notes in line with the RCSLT professional standards. To provide advice to others regarding the management on the students\' speech language and communicative difficulties. To work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team. To organise and run training sessions/workshops for members of staff and other professionals. To provide support and guidance to parent and carers.
