Education Strategy Director

Luke is the Education Strategy Director at Morgan Hunt and the longest serving member of our market leading education division, having joined Morgan Hunt in 2008. As a result, he has in-depth knowledge of the education sector which reflects in the exceptional service that his teams offer.

As well as leading on overall company strategy for the Morgan Hunt education offering, Luke also personally recruits at Executive, leadership and management level to Further Education Colleges in London, Essex and the Eastern region. Recent appointments include: Principal – Essex College, Director of Higher Education - East London College, Director of MIS – East London College and Head of Construction – London College.


Reece Turner

Reece is an expert at sourcing and recruiting senior leadership and management for Further Education and Sixth Form Colleges. Since joining Morgan Hunt in 2016 he has gained a wealth of knowledge of sourcing talented leaders in these areas and provides a dedicated service to his partners.

Reece has led successful retained and contingent recruitment campaigns for numerous colleges in the UK. As a result, he has a comprehensive network of tier 1 and tier 2 level contacts throughout the sector. He is currently supporting multiple colleges with senior executive and strategic appointments on a permanent and interim basis.


Alex Guy

Executive Consultant

Alex joined Morgan Hunt in 2019 and is responsible for supporting clients based in the North West, the North East and Yorkshire with the recruitment of permanent and interim Management and Executive leaders within Educational organisations.

During his time on the Leadership and Management team Alex has supported a number of Higher and Further Education institutions with the appointments of key individuals into executive leadership and management positions.


Vicky Wilson

Vicky specialises in recruiting to senior leadership and middle management positions within the Further Education sector, covering the Midlands, Mid/South Wales and West London. Experienced in leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from the initial launch and creation of materials, through meticulous screening and shortlisting to organising and running assessment centres. Recruiting on an Interim and Permanent basis, Vicky’s recent appointments include: Vice Principal (Quality), Director of Apprenticeships & Skills and Head of Sixth Form.


Will Worthington

Principal Executive Consultant

Will Worthington is an accomplished and results-driven expert with 20 years’ experience working in executive search and recruitment. He recruits non-executive appointments including Chairs and Governors, as well as Director level positions, on both an interim and permanent basis across corporate services in the education sector. Recent appointments include the Director of HR for The Henley College, Executive Director of Resources for West Thames College, Executive Director of HR and Organisational Development for Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College, Finance Director for the London Learning Consortium, and a Governor for South Thames College.

What sets Will apart is not just his extensive experience but his proven ability to foster diversity within leadership teams and boards. Remarkably, over 20% of his appointments represent individuals from Black, Asian, or Minority backgrounds, illustrating a commitment to inclusivity and recognition of protected characteristics. Moreover, nearly half of his appointments being female, Will has been instrumental in achieving new gender parity, making a tangible impact on creating diverse and equitable leadership teams and boards. Will is an Ambassador for the Youth Group, acting as an advocate to champion social inclusion and support young people to foster a brighter, more inclusive future.


Nicholas Rimikis


Nicholas Rimikis is a graduate from Bard College with a bachelor’s degree in Historical Studies. He brings a unique blend of academic insight and practical skills to the field of recruitment. His commitment to fostering positive change aligns seamlessly with the values of the education sector.

His organisational prowess, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills have been honed through his experiences in sourcing talent for roles in the not-for-profit and public sectors. Specialising in placements for education institutions, he is dedicated to collaborating with values-driven organisations that prioritise excellence in education. His track record includes successfully identifying and placing candidates in a range of roles including Director of HR, Director of Finance and Governor appointments.


Tim Chadwick

Tim is a specialist human resources consultant recruiting Permanent and Fixed Term Contract roles into Charities, Not for Profit organisations and the Education sector. He has over 9 years’ experience recruiting into the Not for Profit sectors and over 15 years HR recruitment experience, recruiting both HR Generalist and HR Specialist roles from Advisor to Director level. He has worked successfully with a broad range of organisations including Newham College, Crisis, London South Bank University, Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association and the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Over the last 15 years Tim has built an extensive network of talented HR professionals including ED&I, Reward, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition Specialists. These strong relationships combined with his passion for the Not for Profit sector have helped him become a trusted recruitment partner to both candidates and clients. Mickey Piper
