Employee Relations Manager, 6 month FTC - Leading International Charity - Very flexible hybrid working arrangement

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist with experience of supporting employee across the UK and Europe.

Reporting into the Head of Employee Relations and Inclusion you will be responsible for managing the triage process for Employee Relations cases for their country offices, regional offices and the global hub.

Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Providing advice on ER cases to Country HR managers and Regional HR Business Business Partners including capability, disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Undertaking investigations and generating quality reports
  • Working with the Head of ER&I to provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions
  • Participating in the design and facilitation of ER Training and the implementation of new policies
  • Acting as the People and Culture representative on grievance and disciplinary panels
  • Building collaborative and productive working relationships with the HR Operations team and the broader People and Culture team


You should be an experienced Employee Relations Specialist or an HR Generalist with a track record of supporting employees in the UK and across Europe ideally in an international not for profit organisation. Experience of undertaking ER investigations and acting as an advisor in disciplinary and grievance processes needs to be combined with an ability to analyse information and develop solutions to complex problems. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills are essential.
