Will leads executive search at Morgan Hunt for the charity and Not for Profit sectors. He has a demonstrable track of managing retained campaigns on a national basis from more than 17 years of working within recruitment.

Will is highly skilled at identifying senior leaders across all disciplines including finance, human resources, policy, fundraising, marketing and communications as well as the appointment of non-executive directors. He has made recent Chair and Trustee appointments for The Alliance Homes Group, Alcohol Change UK, YMCA England and Wales, GamCare and The Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

He works proactively with his clients to address their challenges, including the need for diversity, without compromising on quality.

Nicholas Rimikis

Nicholas Rimikis is a graduate from Bard College with a bachelor’s degree in Historical Studies. He brings a unique blend of academic insight and practical skills to the field of recruitment. His commitment to fostering positive change aligns seamlessly with the values of the education sector. His organisational prowess, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills have been honed through his experiences in sourcing talent for roles in the not-for-profit and public sectors.

Tim Chadwick

Tim is a specialist human resources consultant recruiting Permanent and Fixed Term Contract roles into Charities, Not for Profit organisations and the Education sector. He has over 9 years’ experience recruiting into the Not for Profit sectors and over 15 years HR recruitment experience, recruiting both HR Generalist and HR Specialist roles from Advisor to Director level. He has worked successfully with a broad range of organisations including Newham College, Crisis, London South Bank University, Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association and the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Over the last 15 years Tim has built an extensive network of talented HR professionals including ED&I, Reward, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition Specialists. These strong relationships combined with his passion for the Not for Profit sector have helped him become a trusted recruitment partner to both candidates and clients. He has particularly enjoyed supporting individuals with their career progression often from advisor to management level and beyond.
