Head of People - Leading Not for Profit Organisation - London with Hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR to join a leading not for profit organisation.
Reporting into the Director of Finance & Corporate Services you will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating the People team. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Developing and delivering the People strategy
- Driving a focused approach to employee relations, policies and procedures, recruitment and learning and development
- Ensuring the organisation is an employer of choice and embedding a high performance culture
- Leading on engagement with the trade union, employee groups and the EDI staff group
- Monitoring and analysing the people KPIs and identifying trends as well as areas for improvement
- Presenting updates to the board on key people management issues and HR performance
You should be an experienced Head of HR or Senior HR Business Partner with a track record of leading and motivating an HR team. Experience of delivering effective people services incorporating ED&I initiatives needs to be combined with an ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Ideally you will have worked in a Unionised environment.
