Morgan Hunt are currently working with a well-renowned Charity, based in London, in their search for a Legal Advisor to support and manage commercial and contract legal issues.
As a Legal Advisor you will provide effective, timely and proportionate legal advice and support on a range of legal matters across the organisation, with a specialism in Commercial and Contract Law.
You will be leading on Commercial & Contract Legal involving the review, drafting, interpretation and negotiation of a range of contracts, with the ability to advise on legal matters across the organisation. You will work closely with colleagues both outside and inside of the Legal team, in a cooperative manner, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and mitigate legal risk across the organisation.
You will be a Qualified Lawyer, with strong experience around Commercial and Contracts Law (ideally within the Charity Sector). You will be pragmatic, intelligent and independent professional, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage their own workload. You will ideally have experience in other legal areas, such as charity and fundraising law.
