Senior Reward Project Manager, 2 Year FTC - Leading Charity - Flexible location
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Reward Specialist to take the lead on a major reward project for one of the UK's most established charities.
Reporting into the Head of HR Operations you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic reward initiatives. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be a Senior Reward Specialist with a track record of developing and implementing strategic and progressive reward solutions. Excellent project management skills need to be combined with experience of Total Reward, leading on job evaluation and a good understanding of career frameworks. Strong stakeholder management and communications skills are essential.
Candidates on a notice period will still be considered.
