Internal Communications Manager

Morgan Hunt is currently working with a NHS body in search of a temporary Internal Communications Manager to lead on an internal campaign for the period of three months.
This role is available on home working basis with occasional travel into the office in Bristol.
This is an NHS band 7 role, paid on an hourly rate.
Key responsibilities and competencies of the temporary Internal Communications Manager:
- Internal communications expertise in a NHS or health care organisation
- Developing and implementing internal communications campaigns across multiple channels
- Creative skills across online and offline channels, previous experience creating content based on a strategic plan.
- Reaching and engaging with mobile and dispersed workforce across the country. Knowledge and experience working with hard to reach stakeholders.
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement experience.
The ideal candidate has a great understanding of internal campaigns and can deliver a campaign end to end to a wide range of internal stakeholders.
This role closes on the 13th of December with interviews being held on the 18th and start date being early 2024.
