    Job description

    We have a current opportunity for a Acquisitions Surveyor and PM on a contract basis. The position will be based at home but require visits to potential retail locations..

    They need someone that can help identify retail locations, negotiate and confirm the property for the Charity (Crisis Homeless Charity)and then liaise with the architect (retained) and sub contractors to carry out the fit out works ready for opening the space.

    Please get in touch if you are available initially for 12 weeks but could go longer.
