Organisational Learning Consultant, 12 month FTC - International Not for Profit - Surrey with excellent hybrid working

Reporting in to the Head of Organisational Learning and Leadership you will be responsible for building individual and organisational capability and knowledge.

You will drive the appropriate culture, behaviours, skills, and performance by leveraging technology and creating a learning culture to embed capability development.

Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Ensuring learning design and delivery provides a blend of learning approaches, including face-to-face, digital, social collaborative and coaching
  • Creating the culture and environment for individuals to learn and grow
  • Sourcing external consultants to provide a range of learning and development services, including contract management.
  • Designing, delivering, communicating, and evaluating learning to meet strategic and operational priorities for key stakeholders
  • Leading the Global L&D Learning infrastructure and managing the LMS (Totara)
  • Managing specific LMS projects including upgrades


You should be an experienced Learning and Development Consultant with a track record of managing the full learning lifecycle. A thorough understanding of instructional design and how to incorporate adult learning theories needs to be combined with a experience of wide variety learning channels. Experience of managing Learning Management Systems is essential. A knowledge of Totara would be particularly useful.
