Housing Services Manager
Position Type: Full-time
Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
About the Role: We are currently seeking a Housing Services Manager for a full-time position. This role involves overseeing housing services for individuals facing various challenges, including addiction, complex behaviors, learning disabilities, and autism.
Responsibilities: As the Housing Services Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of staff, providing supervision, appraisals, and support for continuous development.
- Implementing and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Analyzing factors influencing service delivery and suggesting improvements.
- Monitoring service performance, adhering to guidelines, and reporting deviations.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Relevant experience in housing services.
- Leadership skills in managing teams within diverse and challenging environments.
- Basic knowledge of legislation related to housing, care, and support.
- Ability to manage risk and find solutions to meet resident needs.
- Professionalism in handling feedback and complaints.
