Job Title: Curriculum & Quality Manager - Travel, Sport & Public Services
Salary: £47,991
Location: Isleworth, London
We're looking for a dynamic manager to join the team at West Thames College. With a focus on driving teaching and learning within the Travel, Sport & Public Services department, we're on the lookout for a subject specialist with a focus on creating creative strategies for curriculum delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum innovation and development across Travel, Sport & Public Services.
- Collaborate with Quality Improvement team to enhance teaching and assessment practices.
- Line manage and support teaching & support staff.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of curriculum leadership and innovation.
- Specialist knowledge and teaching experience in a relevant curriculum area.
- Strong leadership skills.
