Job Title: Head of Structural Technologies
Salary: £43,500 - £47,000
Location: Berkshire
Type: Full time, Permanent
Are you a Construction specialist looking for your next opportunity in FE? If you're an experienced teacher looking for the opportunity to make a department your own, then this could be the role for you.
We're working with a college in Berkshire, to find their next Head of Structural Technologies. With a real focus on developing an innovative curriculum while achieving high levels of student retention, this role would suit a candidate with a proven track record in running courses within this specialism.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Lead, manage and develop the curriculum team
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal & external)
- Enhance learner outcomes through the implementation of Teaching & Learning procedures
The next Head of Structural Technologies will:
- Have a recognised teaching qualification (this role includes up to 10 hours teaching per week)
- Experience of managing quality improvement
- An understanding of curriculum issues and developments within FE
