Health and Social Care Lecturer

Hertford Regional College is looking for a Health and Social Care Lecturer to teach a variety of courses from Level 1 to Level 5. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons, assessing and grading the students' work, and providing feedback and support. You will also work collaboratively with other staff members and external partners to ensure the curriculum is relevant and meets the standards of the industry.

This is a temporary role, starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of the academic year. You will be working at the Broxbourne campus, which is easily accessible by public transport and has excellent facilities. The pay rate is £25 per hour, plus holiday pay and pension contributions.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A degree or equivalent qualification in health and social care or a related subject
- A teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one
- Experience of teaching health and social care at various levels
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
- A sound knowledge and understanding of health and social care policies and practices
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
