Job description
Job Title: Progress Coach
Hourly Rate: £16/hr including holiday pay.
Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday
Location: Lewisham Way, London, SE4 1UT
College: Lewisham College
Start Date: ASAP
Morgan Hunt are working with a prestigious college in Lewisham to find a full time progress coach. This role has many perks so if the below interests you and you live in and around Lewisham, please don't hesitate to apply.
Duties:
- Identify and review learners to optimise achievements and retention frequently.
- Assist learners in setting realistic personal goals that will allow them to advance, and facilitate their own achievement and advancement.
- Ensure communication across the college to facilitate and meet needs of learners.
- Provide advice, support, guidance and feedback to ensure maximum productivity can be achieved.
- Provide support in classroom
- Carry out administration duties
Experience and Skills
- Hold a Level 3 or above qualification.
- Hold GCSEs in both Maths and English, at grade A-C or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
- A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
