Friday – 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with one hour for lunch

Salary: £24,725 - £26,649 per annum

We at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College are looking for a receptionist to join the college and deliver excellent service. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming, friendly, effective and efficient solution-focused reception and switchboard service underpinned by the college's procedures, policies and values. You will be providing general assistance/guidance to the stakeholders of the College and dealing with their queries in person, by email or by telephone.
There are exciting events throughout the year, such as enrolment, open days, and parent evenings, where your participation is key in ensuring the smooth running of these events. No two days are the same as you work closely with colleagues and staff across all skill levels and departments, including our learners and their families.
