Job description

Are you interested in SEN Progress partner role roles in the West London Area? Morgan Hunt are pleased to announce that we are working with several Colleges and Sixth forms across the county on a preferred supplier basis. Together we are seeking to appoint a SEN Progress partner- apply today!

Your duties as an SEN progress partner:

1. To take a lead role in delivering learning activities to individuals and groups of pupils under an agreed system of supervision

  1. To make a significant contribution to the planning and preparation of learning activities for specified individuals or groups
  1. To provide the relevant teacher(s) with appropriate feedback and reports on pupil achievement, progress and development
  1. To contribute to effective team practice by attending and participating in planned in-service training as appropriate
  1. To promote the inclusion of all pupils within the classroom and being aware of different pupil's specific needs.
  1. To understand and respond positively to the physical, emotional and /or behavioural need of pupils and to encourage participation and independence

Skills & experience

  • Experience of working in a similar setting and role
  • Experience with working within an educational environment providing academic or personal care support
  • Experience with providing/willingness to provide personal care support to individuals with high needs (i.e. peg feeding, toileting, changing etc.)
  • Available to interview immediately
  • Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS dated within the last 3 months or on the update service
