Job description
Are you a Revenues Team Leader looking for work remotely from home?
Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client is looking to recruit a Revenues Team Leader to provide support throughout a busy period.
This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35 and will offer full time home working.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:
- Supporting a Revenues Manager in all aspects of managing of a council tax team including the Billing, Collection of Council Tax
- Dealing with customer accounts and queries and complaints including written correspondence and phone calls
- Managing the team and monitoring performance in accordance to legislation and key performance indicators
- Planning, prioritising and managing staff resources
- Working alongside Revenues Manager to implement procedures which will ensure effective collection.
- Dealing with enquiries by telephone, face to face and written correspondence on all queries related to Council Tax.
- Training and development for all team members
