We currently have a great opportunity with a Housing organisation for a Customer Service officer role on a permanent full time basis. This is an office based role located in East London which would require the successful candidate to work 5 days a week in the office
Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Salary : £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Contract : Permanent role
Location East London (OFFICE BASED - 5 days a week
Responsibilities of Customer Service Officer:
- Dealing with day to day maintenance issues
- First point of call for out of hours
- Coordinating refurbishment works, cyclical redecoration and major works
- Adhering to Health and Safety legislative practice
Requirements for Customer Service Officer:
- Experienced in Property Management and Maintenance
- High level of Customer Service
- Problem solve efficiently
