Customer Service Officer

We currently have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Officer role on a temporary basis. The position will be of hybrid working and is based in East London. Please see below for more information.

Salary £15 per hour PAYE

Location East London (Hybrid)

Hours per week 37.5

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Officer

• Provide a professional and welcoming attitude for all visitors at the company head office.
• Responding to queries, problems and requests from residents covering a range of areas including repairs, housing, rent and lettings.
• Responding to all queries, problems and requests from residents such as repairs, rent and any other areas.
• Logging and processing repair request efficiently and liaising with contractors on a regular basis.

Experience needed for the Customer Service Officer

• Has a clear understanding of how to deal with the overall process from start to finish.
• Experienced in using an online system to book repairs.
• Has 1 year experience working within the Housing sector in the same or a similar role.

We are seeking the successful candidate to have the following:

• Experience with building and maintaining relationships with our residents in order to insure everything runs efficiently.
• A sound understanding and knowledge of how the end-to-end process works.
• A driven individual that has a passion to provide the very best customer service and maintain as well as enhance our company's reputation.
• Experience of working in a social housing setting.
