Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor on a contract basis. The position will be based in North London. For further information about this position please apply.
Main Duties:
- Contribute as a vital member of the Property Services Team, offering a comprehensive and efficient surveying service. Utilize technical expertise and past experiences to guarantee cost-effective and high-quality works programs and responsive repairs.
- Execute the planned capital/cyclical works program(s), encompassing pre and post inspections, drafting specifications/drawings, tender preparation, works management, resident consultation, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Supervise contracts related to responsive repairs, major/cyclical works, and servicing, ensuring contractual compliance in terms of work quality and response times.
- Oversee the void process to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Association, upholding our shared values.
- Exemplify the Association's dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive organisational culture.
Rate: £33 - 36 per hour
Duration: 3 months on going (sign off every 3 months)
Hybrid: Yes, mixture of Home Working, Site & Home
Start date: Around 11th March
Interviews: 4th March - 8th March
