Summary

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading social housing provider, who are looking for a Stakeholder Manager to join their team. As a Stakeholder Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our vision for a safer living environment. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Change & Programme Management, this is an exciting opportunity to drive positive change and foster collaborative relationships.

As the Stakeholder Manager for the Building & Safety Transformation Programme, one of your key responsibilities includes acting as the responsible owner for stakeholder management, overseeing the Building & Safety Transformation Programme and the Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the New Capabilities Project Manager and Change & Assurance Manager to identify, map, and evaluate internal and external stakeholders for projects.
  • Plan and execute internal building safety communications and events to enhance cultural safety awareness.
  • Organise building-specific events, such as town halls and focus groups, to engage stakeholders at crucial resident and building asset lifecycle stages.
  • Develop and embed new stakeholder engagement methods, supported by innovative processes and KPIs.
  • Create high-quality content, including presentations, Q&As, articles, case studies, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Implement proactive stakeholder communication campaigns and support colleagues in tactical delivery and messaging.
  • Plan, organise, and chair regular and bespoke Building Safety engagement forums.
  • Manage general and specific queries and Building Safety complaints, serving as the first point of contact for issue escalation.
  • Utilise the CRM system to manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation, guidance, and standards related to building safety and asset management.

About you

  • Good understanding of the Regulator of Social Housing, Housing Ombudsmen, and Building Safety Regulator reports, guidance, and legislation.
  • Proven experience as a Stakeholder Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience organising and managing engagement events with diverse resident groups.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, information governance, and information management, or a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
