    Job description

    Are you a Pension Fund Accountant looking for work in North West London?

    Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in North West London is looking to recruit a Pension Fund Accountant to contribute to strategy and provide support to the Head of Treasury and Financial Services. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension or permanent employment

    As a Pension Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for:

    • Managing the financial operations of the Pension Fund
    • Contributing to process improvement initiatives and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
    • Preparing and analysing monthly financial statements for the Pension Fund
    • Monitoring cash flow and manage the fund's cash position
    • Reconciling investment statements and identify any discrepancies
    • Overseeing operational issues aligned to Treasury and Pension Fund functions
    • Ensuring all tasks are efficient, effective, and in-line with professional, legislative, and Council requirements
