This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

As a Housing Liaison Officer, you will oversee the development and implementation of housing options strategies, ensuring the provision of high-quality services to individuals and families in need of housing support.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Provide conflict resolution support and guidance to parties involved in housing-related conflicts or disputes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Facilitate communication and negotiations between tenants and landlords to resolve disputes, address maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community organisations, social service agencies, and local stakeholders to enhance housing stability and support networks.
• Participate in community events, workshops, and outreach activities to promote housing resources and foster community empowerment.
• Mediate disputes between tenants and landlords, facilitating mutually beneficial agreements and promoting positive tenant-landlord relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of housing-related interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Generate regular reports on housing trends, issues, and outcomes to inform programmatic decision-making and improve service delivery.
