• Provide personalised consultations to explore available housing options and develop tailored solutions.
• Offer expert advice on various housing options, including social housing, private rentals, and home-ownership schemes.
• Assist clients in navigating housing policies, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Implement proactive strategies to prevent homelessness by identifying early signs of housing instability and providing timely interventions.
• Collaborate with community partners to offer financial assistance, mediation services, and other support to prevent evictions and housing crises.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with housing agencies, local authorities, landlords, and community organisations.
• Work collaboratively to enhance the availability of affordable and suitable housing options for individuals and families.
• Develop and implement individualised housing plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, documenting progress and outcomes.
• Empower individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful housing transitions.
