Compliance Manager

£59,873 per annum
Summary
Morgan Hunt are working with a leading social housing provider, who are currently looking for a talented Compliance Manager to join their team.
As the Compliance Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Service to ensure that the organisation is compliant from a legal and regulatory perspective.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Service to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on legal requirements and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date formal documentation and ensure adherence to commitments.
- Manage contracts up to £10m per annum and oversee 7-8 direct reports.
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional service and safety for residents.
- Manage consultants and contractors.
- Apply the Contract Management Framework to formal contract arrangements.
- Drive innovation and advancement through Service Improvement Plans.
- Manage and communicate management plans and procedures.
- Contribute to short, medium, and long-term investment plans.
- Develop and execute training plans for the team.
About you
- Ability to innovate and inspire others.
- Experience working within the compliance remit in a social housing setting.
- IT literacy and strong communication skills.
- Experience in a pressurized environment managing workloads.
- Competence in subject matter expertise and team management.
- Access to own vehicle.
