Morgan hunt is currently working with an international membership body looking for a permanent Events Coordinator.
The role sits in a large events team, delivering on 40 events a year, both virtual and face to face. The Events Coordinator would be focusing on looking after sponsor contracts and venue logistics for the events.
The salary for the position is £31,000-£34,000 a year, based on experience. The role operates on hybrid working basis with a minimum of one day a week from the West London based office.
Key responsibilities of the new Events Coordinator:
Previous experience and skills of the Events Coordinator:
- Previous experience working in an events team.
- Previous experience working with, managing contracts and sourcing for new sponsors.
- Virtual and face to face event experience
- Strong system knowledge of Cvent as well as Zoom Webinars.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
