We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a large scale programme for a UK healthcare regulatory body. This is an exciting opportunity to transform legacy systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365, creating the foundation for improving digital capabilities and enhancing stakeholder experiences.

As Programme Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of this strategic programme, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing all aspects of the programme to achieve desired outcomes within agreed time frames and budget
• Ensuring seamless transition and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 through proactive change management
• Overseeing development and integration work to meet business requirements leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities
• Implementing robust programme governance, applying Agile delivery methods
• Building effective working relationships with partners and influencing senior leadership
• Developing compelling business cases to progress next phases of implementation
• Embedding enhanced case management processes enabled by Dynamics 365

The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT Programme Manager with a track record of successfully leading large, complex programmes. You must have excellent stakeholder management abilities along with the strategic vision to align technology programmes to organisational objectives. Agile delivery experience is essential along with Dynamics 365 knowledge.
