Job description

Morgan Hunt is currently working with a financial Membership body in search of a new interim Membership and Stakeholder Engagement Manager for a fixed term contract of 6 months.

The role is a new post reporting straight into the CEO of the organisation.

The organisation is offering an immediate start and a competitive salary of £57,000 p/a plus benefits.

Key responsibilities of the interim Membership and Stakeholder Engagement Manager:

- Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy that raises the profile and promotes growth of the membership base.

- Work directly with the Senior Leaders, leading on the membership benefits and membership marketing programmes.

- Manage stakeholder mapping and create communications plans aimed at stakeholders. Be the first point of contact for stakeholder enquiries.

- Maintain and effective CRM system, develop member profiles and pipeline for new members

- Develop and maintain a cost effective membership strategy aimed at retention and renewals and new member development.

Previous experience of the interim Membership and Stakeholder Engagement Manager:

- Previous experience leading on a membership strategy in a Membership body.

- Experience in building relationships with large corporations. Previous experience in influencing and working alongside senior leaders in various organisations.

- Experience working with government, professional body or training provider is desirable.

- Ability to draft engaging and impactful communications and present verbally at events, meetings and workshops

This role is suitable for a confident, collaborative candidate who has previous experience in creating and executing a membership strategy.
