Job description
Morgan Hunt currently require Hospital Porters for NHS based in East London.
Pay Rate: £10.42ph PAYE £1.25ph WTR Total: £11.67ph Weekdays/ £13.56ph PAYE Nights/Saturday All Day and £15.63ph PAYE Sunday/Bank Holiday All Day.
Hours: 37.5 Hours Various shifts hours start times: 06:00am to 14:00pm/ 09:00am to 17:00pm/ 10:00am to 18:00pm/14:00pm to 22:00pm and 22:00pm to 06:00am
Location: East London
Duration: 6 months on going contract
Suitable candidates ideally have previous Portering experience but full training provided.
Porters
Training - Mandatory
- Health and Safety Basic IOSH/NEBOSH standard and to include:
- Needlestick and how to avoid/report incidents accidents
- Manual Handling
- safeguarding, OH (non-patient-facing)
- Mental Capacity Act, Breakaway, Autism Awareness
- Lone worker
- Fire
- The Caldecott Principles/Information Governance
- Health & Safety
- Infection Control (Included MRSA & Clostridium Difficile)
- Complaints handling & PPE
