    Homeless Outreach Worker

    You will engage with our city's street homeless population. Your mission: Connect, advise, and transform their lives! Provide expert case management, offer advice on the life-changing services available, and link clients with the specialised agencies they need.

    Are you a compassionate champion of change? We're looking for individuals with:

    • Experience in conducting homelessness assessments
    • In-depth knowledge of local services to refer clients to
    • Previous experience in street outreach work with homeless clients (desirable but not essential)
    • A recent enhanced DBS check issued within the last 12 months, or registered to the online update service
    • The ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and late nights
