Team Leader Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs

Position: Team Leader
Locations: Two sites across East London
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
About Us:
I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee two of our Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs services in East London. You will be managing a total of 14 staff across the two services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Support and Management: Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively
- Service Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of both services, ensuring high standards of care and support for our residents
- One-to-One Meetings: Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Support Workers to discuss performance, development, and any concerns
- Rota Management: Assist in managing and coordinating the staff rota to ensure adequate coverage and optimal operation of the services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing services for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Flexibility and a commitment to providing high-quality care
