Enterprise Architect (Up to £76,500)

I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join my client, a leading Housing Association.

This is a permanent role, paying up to £76,500 per annum. Hybrid working of 2 days per week based out of their offices in London.

They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to create and support the architecture vision, assets, and processes needed to translate business strategies into practical IT solutions. In this role, you will engage with leaders across the business and IT to drive innovation and robust architectural governance. You will be focussed on Business Change specifically with IT and technology and the impact this will have on the business.

Key Responsibilities as Enterprise Architect:

• Understand business strategies/priorities and document achievable IT visions.
• Define project/program scope and phasing with stakeholders.
• Assist in establishing the enterprise architecture practice.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders, project managers, and IT teams.
• Evaluate requirements to architect appropriate IT approaches.
• Maintain architecture landscape, models, roadmaps.
• Track industry trends and collaborate with vendors.
• Resolve complex architectural issues and risks.
• Take ownership of intricate problems and requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of Business implications alongside
• Customer focus with ability to build relationships.
• Analysis and decision-making skills for complex situations.
• Self-motivated with integrity and adaptability.
• Excellent written/verbal communication abilities.
• Interpersonal skills to build trust with senior management.
• Enterprise architecture framework experience (e.g. TOGAF).
• Visionary leadership in architectural best practices.
• Implementing EA practice assets, processes, governance.
• Interpreting business models into system strategies.
• Innovative/strategic thinking and solution architecture.
