Lead Integration Developer

Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Lead Integration Developer to join my client a large Housing Association.

This is a 15/16-month FTC to October 2025. Paying £55,000-£57,000 per annum. Hybrid working, based in Sittingbourne. With an office in Farringdon, they are happy for you to primarily work out of Farringdon but with occasional travel to Sittingbourne.

They are seeking an experienced Lead Integration Developer to design and develop solutions using requirements analysis and coding techniques. You will work collaboratively with the Technology, Integration, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to deliver applications meeting company standards and roadmap goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• To analyse end-user needs and develop software features to meet demands.
• Design technical workflows using modelling techniques.
• Translate business requirements into functional/non-functional specs.
• Develop and maintain new and existing applications.
• Work with DBAs to design relational databases.
• Write test plans, scripts, and fix defects for quality assurance.
• Establish design and coding standards across applications.
• Create custom reports and improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide developer supervision.
• Manage activities like demand planning, stakeholder engagement, etc.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Boomi Atmosphere development and integration design
• API integration across SaaS platforms
• Expertise in Agile/Waterfall SDLC methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Boomi Professional Developer Certification
• .NET or Java development experience
• SQL Server, Visual Studio, ETL tools like Informatica
• Translating business needs to system requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, JavaScript
