SharePoint and Power Platform Developer

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Developer, to join my client, a large technologically focussed Housing Association.

This is a permanent role, paying up to £92,000 per annum. Hybrid working of 2 days per week based in their offices in the City of London.

My client are seeking an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to design, develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the organisational needs. In the role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient, user friendly SharePoint and Power Platform applications.

Responsibilities as SharePoint and Power Platforms Developer

• Develop custom SharePoint and Power Platform solutions including web parts, workflows, forms, and templates.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement scalable and reliable SharePoint applications.
• Customise SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer and other technologies.
• Develop and implement SharePoint based workflows and document management systems.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for SharePoint/Power Platform issues.
• Stay updated on technology advancements and advise on utilising new capabilities.
• Create technical documentation for SharePoint solutions.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform certifications.
• Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with strong architecture knowledge.
• Proficiency in SharePoint development tools like SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, PowerShell.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Office 365, and SharePoint migration projects.
• Knowledge of SharePoint security models and Microsoft product integration.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint CSOM, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, PowerApps, Flows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
