Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in East London is looking to recruit a Leasehold Advisor to provide support throughout a busy period.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

As a Leasehold Advisor, will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to leaseholders, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and managing service charges and major works projects.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Provide professional advice and assistance to leaseholders on matters relating to their lease, service charges, and major works.
• Manage leasehold enquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and effective manner, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Review and interpret lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and leasehold obligations.
• Administer service charges, ground rent, and other leasehold payments, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Coordinate major works projects, liaising with contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
• Conduct property inspections and provide guidance to leaseholders on property maintenance and compliance with lease terms.
• Maintain accurate records of leaseholder communications, transactions, and service charge accounts.
• Keep abreast of changes in leasehold legislation, regulations, and best practices, providing updates and guidance to leaseholders as necessary.
