Learning and OD Advisor - Leading Charity - Home Based - £35,000
This is an exciting opportunity for Learning Specialist to join one of the UK's leading charities.
You will be responsible for designing and negotiating the delivery of Learning and Development solutions.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Providing Learning & OD advice and guidance to managers in matters relating to workforce development, capability improvement and talent management
- Identifying Learning & OD needs to develop a funded annual learning plan
- Using people metrics and reporting to identify and evaluate solutions
- Working closely with HR Managers to design solutions to improve line manager capacity and capability
- Networking internally and externally to build a knowledge bank of appropriate L&OD delivery options
- Procuring learning activities within budgetary constraints, ensuring value for money
You should have a broad Learning and Development skill set that includes experience of training needs analysis, developing learning interventions and evaluating effectiveness. An ability to analyse data, work effectively with and influence internal and external stakeholders needs to be combined with experience of using a wide of variety of learning methods including online learning.
