Job description
HR Officer - Education Sector - South London with hybrid working - £30,000.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join a Schools Trust based in South London.
Reporting in to the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing valuable HR support to a group of schools. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Managing and maintaining the HR inbox including recruitment queries
- Providing initial HR advice and guidance
- Supporting with recruitment campaigns including issuing contracts
- Assisting with the inductions for new employees
- Ensuring probationary periods are adhered to
- Updating any changes to employment terms and conditions
You should be an HR professional with experience of working in the Education sector. A good knowledge of HR processes needs to be combined with experience of providing first line HR advice and of running inductions. Excellent communication skills are essential.
