Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Housing Manager based in Glasgow for a 6 month fixed term contract. This is likely to be extended to up to 1 year and then there will be a permanent role available which would be advertised.
The role of the Housing Manager is to oversee the Housing Management team which consists of 6 staff. You will be responsible for the day to day management including areas front-facing services including tenancy and void management, rent arrears, neighbourhood management and anti-social behaviour. You will also be responsible for collating data and communicating this with the board on a regular basis.
Experience in a managers role within Social Housing is essential as you will be required to hit the ground running.
