Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Repairs Assistant for a period of 12 months. The position will be based just outside Glasgow.
The organisation have flexible working opportunities, offer hybrid working, 40 days annual leave and also excellent learning and development opportunities.
The role will be working within the repairs team where you will provide an excellent repairs and property management service to customers. The main duties of the role are:
- delivering a front line repairs service including engaging with tenants and contractors
- offering repairs advice to tenants
- dealing with complaints
- assisting with complex repairs cases.
To be considered for the post you must have repairs/property experience.
