Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Senior Housing Services Officer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Glasgow and will be for 3 months initially with likely extension to 6 months. Hybrid working is offered where 2/3 days will be spent in the office per week.
The main duties of the role will be - ( however the main focus as this is a temporary vacancy will be staff management)
- Supervise Housing Services staff, and report directly to the Housing Services Manager.
- Contribute to policy development, review and implementation
- Assist with the promotion of the Housing Association and liaison with external agencies
- Assist with the setting of performance targets for rent arrears, allocations, voids, benefit take up, and monitor these performances.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
