Student Recruitment Marketing Co-Ordinator- Student Engagement

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Student Recruitment Marketing Co-Ordinator on a temporary basis until October 2024 with a Higher Education client. The position will be based in Glasgow City Centre and will adopt a hybrid approach to working.

Graduates with a Marketing degree are encouraged to apply.

This role will:

  • Act as first point of contact and provide administrative support for Student Content Creators including responding to enquiries, processing timesheets, keeping track of their workload, organising meetings and training sessions, and liaising with Business Support to help resolve issues.
  • Provide daily administrative support for the peer-to-peer platform Unibuddy including conversation management, spot checking of answers, assisting with recruitment of volunteers and setting up training sessions plus follow up admin, providing stats and updates to colleagues, ensuring representation on key web pages and working with colleagues across the university to ensure a wide range of programmes and countries are represented by volunteers.
  • Ensure all external profiles on affiliate websites are kept up-to-date with new rankings, stats and images to ensure full impact and amplification of our recruitment content and messaging.
  • Ensure online listings of the University's 300 PGT and PGR programmes are always represented accurately on external platforms. To pro-actively check the PG listings on a regular basis and edit, remove, or add programmes as appropriate as well as completing a major update of listings twice a year, to ensure maximum exposure and accuracy
  • Maintain main recruitment marketing email inbox and forward on enquiries to relevant teams.
  • Provide administrative support for the Student Recruitment Marketing team including weekly work planner and tracker, agendas and meeting notes for recruitment & conversion working group, first stage market research and competitor analysis and monitoring campaigns and digital activity, producing reports as required in line with the marketing campaign strategy.
  • Support wider recruitment marketing team at peak times with other marketing related tasks as required.
