The Opportunity
We are delighted to have been retained to support this Scottish Architectural practice with the appointment of a new Partner into their business.
After another successful year of trading, they are looking to further improve their presence within the market in the West of Scotland, and look to future proof the senior ranks of their business.
This is a truly unique opportunity, that is always hard to come by in the market.
If you are a salaried Director level candidate in an Architectural firm, and are in a fee earning capacity, that is not being given the opportunity for shareholding in their current practice, then this might well be the opportunity you have been waiting on.
The company operate in a multi-sector environment, so therefore should be attractive to most candidates on that basis.
What the client is looking for:
- A driven, ambitious candidate who is looking for an opportunity to have shareholding.
- You will have been operating at a senior fee-earning level within an Architectural practice.
- You will have staff management, recruitment, and experience in managing a practice from a commercial point of view.
- Someone who is looking to grow out their networks. Look at new sectors, and effectively win business and further add to the success off the practice.
